We make your order fresh and you pick it up that day.
We don’t bake a pile and hope it sells. Order by 8:00 PM and we make your tortillas and bread fresh the next morning for pickup that day.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM are for the following available morning.

We take about 10 orders each morning. If a morning is full, we’ll contact you about the next available date.
Large orders, events, party quantities, and orders beyond the normal daily form need a little more notice. Please allow 48–72 hours and contact us directly so we can confirm the best date.
